PrintNext Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using PrintNext. They are practical product terms and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.

Using PrintNext

PrintNext helps makers organize filament inventory, printer details, community models, and recommendation data. You are responsible for using recommendations safely and checking model requirements before printing.

Accounts

Keep your login information accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the issue is caused by PrintNext.

Inventory And Recommendation Data

Recommendations depend on the information you provide, including colors, materials, remaining filament, printer capabilities, and model details. Results are estimates and may not reflect every slicer setting, calibration issue, or hardware constraint.

Paid Memberships And Subscriptions

PrintNext may offer paid memberships with additional storage, PrintNext AI usage, and advanced features. Subscription prices, billing periods, and included limits are shown at checkout. By starting a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel or the subscription ends.

Cancellations And Billing Management

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal provided in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it may not immediately remove access already paid for in the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

Storage And Usage Limits

Plans may include limits for private model file storage, PrintNext AI messages, uploaded file size, and other usage-based features. If you reach a plan limit, PrintNext may block additional usage, track files locally instead of cloud-storing them, or prompt you to upgrade.

PrintNext AI

PrintNext AI may provide printing advice, failure diagnosis, support suggestions, filament recommendations, compatibility analysis, and other guidance. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying settings, material limits, printer safety, model licensing, and slicer decisions before printing.

Refunds And Billing Support

Unless a separate refund policy is posted or required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after payment is processed. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact PrintNext support through the contact options in the app so we can review the issue.

Community Content

If you submit community model details, you confirm you have the right to share the information you provide. Do not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

Service Changes

PrintNext may update features, pricing, recommendation logic, or availability over time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but features may change as the product improves.

No Warranty

PrintNext is provided as-is. The app can help you make better print decisions, but it does not guarantee successful prints, exact material consumption, or compatibility with every printer and model.
