PrintNext Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PrintNext.
Using PrintNext
PrintNext helps makers organize filament inventory, printer details, community models, and recommendation data. You are responsible for using recommendations safely and checking model requirements before printing.
Accounts
Keep your login information accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the issue is caused by PrintNext.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use PrintNext. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use PrintNext with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Inventory And Recommendation Data
Recommendations depend on the information you provide, including colors, materials, remaining filament, printer capabilities, and model details. Results are estimates and may not reflect every slicer setting, calibration issue, or hardware constraint.
Paid Memberships And Subscriptions
PrintNext offers free and paid plans, which may include Free, Maker, Pro, Studio, or other plans shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Paid plans may include additional private model storage, PrintNext AI usage, export capacity, inventory features, or other advanced tools. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and included limits are shown before checkout. By starting a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel or the subscription ends.
Cancellations And Billing Management
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal provided in your account or another cancellation path made available by PrintNext. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it may not immediately remove access already paid for in the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
Storage And Usage Limits
Plans may include limits for private model file storage, PrintNext AI messages, uploaded file size, number of printers, inventory items, exports, and other usage-based features. Free accounts may have lower limits than paid accounts. If you reach a plan limit, PrintNext may block additional usage, track files locally instead of cloud-storing them, archive older items, or prompt you to upgrade.
Data Retention And Plan Changes
If you downgrade, cancel, or allow a paid subscription to expire, certain features, storage limits, AI usage allowances, or account capabilities may be reduced. PrintNext may restrict access to content exceeding current plan limits until the account is upgraded or brought within applicable limits. PrintNext may delete inactive, excess, or unsupported content after reasonable notice where permitted by law.
PrintNext AI
PrintNext AI may provide printing advice, failure diagnosis, support suggestions, filament recommendations, compatibility analysis, and other guidance. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying settings, material limits, printer safety, model licensing, and slicer decisions before printing.
Generated And Exported Files
PrintNext may generate, modify, convert, or export project files, printer settings, color assignments, 3MF files, and other content. Users are responsible for reviewing exported files and settings before use. PrintNext does not guarantee that generated or exported files will function correctly on any printer, slicer, firmware version, or hardware configuration.
Security
PrintNext uses reasonable measures to protect account and service data. However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping backup copies of important files.
User Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important models, project files, exports, images, and other content. PrintNext is not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, service interruptions, software issues, account termination, or third-party service failures.
Refunds And Billing Support
Unless a separate refund policy is posted or required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after payment is processed. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact PrintNext support through the contact options in the app so we can review the issue.
Community Content
If you submit community posts, comments, profile details, model links, print photos, project notes, portfolio items, or other public content, you confirm you have the right to share the information you provide. Do not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, profane, sexually explicit, pornographic, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not upload or promote explicit images, explicit 3D models, explicit prints, or content intended to shock, exploit, or harm others.
Content License
You retain ownership of content you submit to PrintNext. By posting or uploading content, you grant PrintNext a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical and formatting purposes, display, distribute, and publicly perform that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the service.
User Responsibility For Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for content you upload, share, link, publish, or otherwise make available through PrintNext. PrintNext does not pre-screen all content and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, ownership, quality, or suitability of user-generated content. Users access community content at their own risk.
Reserved Rights
PrintNext and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, logos, content, and technology associated with PrintNext, except for content owned by users or third parties.
Intellectual Property
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other rights. PrintNext may remove allegedly infringing content and may suspend repeat infringers. Copyright owners may contact support@printnext.app to report infringement claims.
Community Moderation
PrintNext may review, hide, remove, reject, restrict, or reclassify community content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community rules. We may also remove content that creates safety, legal, intellectual property, privacy, or product-quality concerns, even if the content is not specifically listed here.
Community Enforcement
Users may not post profanity directed at other users, post sexually explicit or pornographic content, upload explicit 3D models or prints, harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others, share personal information without consent, promote illegal activities, upload malware, spam, or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service.
Third-Party Content And Links
PrintNext may reference, recommend, or link to third-party models, creators, marketplaces, or websites. PrintNext does not own or control third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, safety, licensing terms, or legality. Users are responsible for reviewing the license terms and requirements associated with any third-party model or content.
Third-Party Models And Recommendations
PrintNext may display, organize, categorize, or recommend models, creators, projects, and other content that originates from third-party websites, marketplaces, repositories, or creators. PrintNext may display model images, creator names, descriptions, metadata, and links for identification, attribution, discovery, and recommendation purposes. PrintNext does not host, distribute, sell, or license third-party models unless explicitly stated otherwise. Model files, downloads, licensing terms, creator rights, and permitted uses are controlled by the original creator and source platform. PrintNext makes no representation regarding the availability, accuracy, ownership, legality, safety, or licensing status of third-party content. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable licenses, attribution requirements, commercial-use restrictions, and other terms associated with any model they choose to access or use. If a creator, rights holder, or platform believes content displayed within PrintNext violates their rights or platform policies, they may contact PrintNext and we may remove, modify, or restrict access to related content at our discretion.
Account Suspension And Termination
PrintNext may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate accounts at any time if we believe a user has violated these terms, community guidelines, applicable laws, or has created risk to the platform, other users, or PrintNext.
Service Changes
PrintNext may update features, pricing, recommendation logic, or availability over time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but features may change as the product improves.
Changes To These Terms
PrintNext may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
No Warranty
PrintNext is provided as-is. The app can help you make better print decisions, but it does not guarantee successful prints, exact material consumption, or compatibility with every printer and model.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintNext and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, property damage, printer damage, material loss, or personal injury arising from use of the service. PrintNext's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PrintNext during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrintNext, its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintNext regarding use of the service and supersede prior agreements relating to the service.
