Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PrintNext collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the service.
What PrintNext Collects
PrintNext stores the account details you provide, your filament and printer inventory, printer profiles, project details, uploaded files, exported files, print photos, profile information, submitted community model details, public portfolio details, and basic app activity needed to recommend prints and maintain the service.
Public Profiles, Community Content, And Portfolios
If you publish a maker profile, designer portfolio, community post, recommendation, project, print log, image, comment, or other public content, that information may be visible to other users and visitors. Public content may include your display name, profile image, model links, print photos, descriptions, tags, source platform information, creator attribution, and related metadata.
Private Workspace And Uploaded Files
Private workspace content may include STL files, 3MF files, project files, print plans, color assignments, notes, images, exports, and inventory connections. PrintNext uses this information to operate workspace features, generate previews or exports, connect projects to inventory, and provide support or troubleshooting when needed.
How We Use Data
We use your data to personalize print recommendations, estimate material fit, manage printers and inventory, create project workflows, provide AI assistance, improve app reliability, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, process billing or plan limits, and respond to support, legal, copyright, or privacy requests.
Recommendations, AI, And Generated Outputs
PrintNext may use inventory, printer, project, file, and interaction data to generate recommendations, cost estimates, fit checks, AI responses, color suggestions, exports, and other outputs. These outputs may be stored with your account or project history so you can review, reuse, or improve them over time.
Third-Party Model Sources And Links
PrintNext may display or store third-party model images, creator names, descriptions, metadata, source platform names, and original model links for identification, attribution, discovery, and recommendation purposes. When you open third-party links, the original platform may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Users can control certain browser-based storage and cookie settings through their browser or device.

Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers. PrintNext does not store complete payment card information. Payment providers may collect and process billing information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Data Sharing
PrintNext does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, legal authorities, or other parties when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect users, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and safety of PrintNext and others.
